From our Amazing therapists here’s a quick exercise which may help you (turn your speakers up).

🎾Gather 2 tennis balls and either place into a sock or use tape to hold together.
🎾 Lie on your back and hold the tennis balls at the top of your neck and base of skull.
🎾 Pull your chin down towards your chest causing a double chin.
🎾 Repeat.
