1️⃣ Slide your chair back and put both elbows on your desk.
2️⃣ Place your hands on the base of your neck.
3️⃣ Relax your chest and tummy whilst keeping your back straight.
4️⃣ Lift one elbow off your desk and gently rotate.
5️⃣ Repeat on the other side.
