Cancellation Policy

We understand many reasons why guests need to cancel their upcoming appointments, so to be fair to our therapists, guests and spa, we've introduced a cancellation policy which has been reduced down to just a 12 hours notice period. Should anyone need to cancel their appointment within this 12hour notice period then a charge of 25% of the total treatment will apply. This is for treatments where a therapist is required.

 

For all treatments where a therapist IS NOT required ie Infrared Sauna, Ion body detox, then NO cancellation cost will apply. In addition, all members WILL NOT be liable to any cancellation costs however, we do ask that you inform us as quickly as possible out of courtesy to other guests and therapists.

 

A credit card will be required at your time of booking.
