We understand many reasons why guests need to cancel their upcoming appointments, yet to be fair to our therapists, spa, and other guests, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will be carried without a fee. Should anyone need to cancel their appointment within this 24 hour notice period then a charge of 50% of the total treatment will apply. No shows will be charged the full amount of the service. This is for treatments where a therapist is required. For all treatments where a therapist IS NOT required (ie Full-Spectrum Infrared Sauna) NO cancellation cost will apply. However, we do ask that you inform us as quickly as possible out of courtesy to other guests and the spa.

A credit card will be required at your time of booking for this purpose. NOT TO PAY IN ADVANCE.
