LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE

FOR FLUID BUILD UP RELIEF

A lymphatic drainage massage is a specialty massage that uses GENTLE directional motions to simulate and stimulate lymph flow accordingly. That is, the therapist will use light and long strokes with the aim of directing excess fluid in your tissues towards the lymph nodes where it can be reabsorbed by your body. Aside from improving lymphatic circulation, it can aid in recovery from injury or surgery and/or childbirth by reducing edema caused by fluid accumulation.

NOTE: If you are booking a lymphatic drainage massage within 3 weeks of a BBL, Lipo360, and/or any other surgical procedure please book a "post-surgical lymphatic drainage" as this will require special posture/technique that is more labor intensive for the massage therapist.
