PRENATAL MASSAGE

FOR THE MOMMY TO BE

A prenatal massage addresses many common discomforts associated with the skeletal and circulatory changes brought on by hormone shifts and physical changes associated with pregnancy.  As a result, a prenatal massage can help reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains and potentially even improve labor outcomes and newborn health.

NOTE: A prenatal massage should not be performed during the first trimester of pregnancy. In other words, we only perform prenatal massages at 14 weeks of pregnancy and beyond. Also, please add a note to your booking as to how far along you may be so we prepare accordingly - A larger belly may require special positioning.
