FOR THE ATHLETE

A sports massage utilizes a combination of techniques to help both the very active, and/or the athletic body meet optimal performance. This massage helps decrease the likelihood of injury, supports soft tissue healing, and assists with sport performance, or rigors of a busy every day active lifestyle. This massage focuses on deep strokes, stretching, and vibration to target connective tissue and inner muscle layers, which can help correct issues created by physical activity.
